Filomena, English Mother tongue with Italian origins, she project director at Inventa Wide and has in-depth knowledge of the difficulties non mother tongue speakers have when they need to communicate in a language which is not theirs in a business context.
She has many years of experience in Teaching English as a second language for top managers working in multinational companies and In the past 5 years she specialised in language coaching and effective communication co-creating Inventa Wide’s MT SERIES.
Pete Cohen
Pete Cohen loves working with people and wants to inspire as many as he can, showing them how to look at what they do from a different perspective so they can change.
He has learned that people don’t’ change when you tell them what to do – they change when their perspective changes.

Simon Lancaster
One of the world’s leading speechwriters. He first started writing
speeches for members of Tony Blair’s Cabinet in the late 90s and has
since gone on to write speeches for the CEOs of some of the biggest

Gianmarco Machiorlatti
Gianmarco supports organizations, executives and manages in their proffessional and personal growth through individual and team coaching sessions and consulting.
He is specialised in transiton management, change management and leadership development.
Gianmarco is a certified lCF coach (International Coach Federation), Certified Practitioner in Coaching by Values, Managing Transition Trainer, Certified Assessor of emotinal inteligence (Six Seconds) and Systemic Management Constellation Pratictioner (SysMaCon – George Senoner).
He has collaborated with the LUISS Business School in Roma, the university la Pontificia Università S. Tommaso d’Aquino in Roma, UniMak – University of Makeni (Sierra Leone) and is currently collaborating with the 3rd university of Rome within the faculty of economics regarding Transition Management in the Global Governance dell’Università Tor Vergata di Roma.
