UNLOCK YOUR CREATIVE POTENTIAL.
THE FIVE STEPS OF THE CREATIVE PROCESS
(AND HOW TO MASTER THEM)
THE FIVE STEPS OF THE CREATIVE PROCESS
(AND HOW TO MASTER THEM)
Being creatives permits us to be innovative, welcome change, find new solutions and tackle diffuculties which we come across on our journey.
The training will give us the skills to develop and govern our creative capabilities without waiting for inspiration.
We will transform your intuition in to a creative process which automatically brings improvement to oneselve and organizations.
THE “WOWEFFECT”: INSPIRE YOUR AUDIENCE
This training event is for those who wish to develop the skills to have an impact on our listeners, as well as involving and bringing them to believe in our idea, project or company.
Capturing our audience’s attention can make the difference but we then need to convince, involve and get them excited.
SELF LEADERSHIP FROM THE INSIDE
We cannot lead others until we can lead ourselves. That is my thesis. The course takes the audience on an inner journey in how we function as leaders from a biological and neurological perspective.
How can we change and develop ourselves for real and how can we use that skill and knowledge to make others grow.
MULTICULTURALE MANAGEMENT TRAINING : THE MARGHREB MODEL
Learn about the differences from the historical, cultural and anthropological point of view to work effectively with Moroccans, Tunisians and Algerians.
This training allows staff to:
• Learn the particularity of the Maghreb culture for a better relationship and operational result
• Anticipate dysfunctions and misunderstandings due to cultural diversity
ADVANCED PUBLIC SPEAKING. MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Who is remembered when delivering a message has already reached the finish line.
This is a journey for those who need to perform in English infront of an audience, regardless of whether it’s in a meeting or in a conference call.
When the objective is to persuade, the place or the number of listners doesn’t make a difference. The only thing that counts is that our listeners receive our message and remember it.
Performing in a language which isn’t our own can often be tough, as we start worrying about our pronunciation, our grammar and we forget about the importance of the message itself. During the training Participants will learn how to not be destracted by their language errors and to concentrate on the delivery of their message.
MAKE IT HUMAN: ORGANIZE IT AND SAY IT WELL
We often have difficulty in organizing the information we need to present and we therefore sometimes end up overloading our PPTs.
Making data and information clear and understandable can often be difficult.
We need to learn how to communicate the important aspects of our data, reports and activities clearly, without overwhelming our listeners with too much information which is difficult to remember and understand.
Participants will work on their own material which will give hands on knowledge to be used immediately.
REMOTE TEAM MANAGEMENT
Remote and virtual teams are a fact of life. Over 80% of teams and 90% of projects have at least some members not co-located with the rest of the group – and the truth is if you have one employee who works away from the rest of the team part of the time, you have a remote team.
While managing and leading a remote team isn’t intrinsically more difficult than a co-located team, it is different.
If we want our leaders to be successful, we must acknowledge and address those differences.
WORKING IN A MULTICULTURAL AND MULTIETHNIC CONTEXT: THE ETIOPIA MODEL
Ethiopia is a melting pot of ethnicities and cultural mixtures.
There are over 70 ethnic groups of which the seven most important are:Oromo, Amhara, Sidama, Tigrini, Shankela, Somali, Afar, Gaughè and others.
The official language is Aramaic, but Oromigna, Guarigigna, Somali and Arabic are also spoken; by majority they are Christians (Ethiopian Orthodox Church) while 30-40% are Muslims (Sunnis).
There is therefore a lot of information to research needed when doing business in order to minimize the risk of misunderstanding compromising the achievement of work objectives.
The training will provide participants with the most important aspects of the Ethiopian culture.
LEADERSHIP = DRIVING CHANGE
The world is changing fast, which means that businesses need to
change fast too. To do this it requires leadership…but not necessarily the same kind of leadership that predominated in the last part of the 20th Century.
During this training event delegates will consider what qualities the leaders of today, and tomorrow, really need to thrive in such fast changing environments and bust some myths about change so that they can think differently about how they lead their organisations and how they bring others with them on the journey.
MANAGE THE SITUATION IN ANY SITUATION
Anxiety, emotions, nerves are known to be the cause of unsuccessful
presentations when performing for an audience regardless of the size.
Any effective communication technique becomes useless if you are unable to control your emotional state.
It’s fundamental to always have control of the situation even in difficult situations.
During the event you will have the possibility to master the mindset and practical skills of improvisation.
Building confidence in self when improvising and raising awareness of the unexpected, whilst maintaining composure.
MULTICULTURALE MANAGEMENT: GLOBAL AWARENESS TRAINING
This programme will help you create awareness about the importance of intercultural competence in a global world.
It will help you understand the principal differences between your own culture and that of other countries whilst also having acquired sufficient autonomy in the process of researching necessary complimentary information.
It will help you become aware of the danger of stereotypes and the power of generalizations.
It will help you identify how their own values and behaviour could be interpreted by people from other cultures.
You will discover key skills via a range of hands-on and fun activities proposed during the training session and the realization of concrete action plans.
LANGUAGE COACHING
Our training courses are dedicated to those who occupy managerial positions and who have the need to increase their international standing and grow in their careers.
OUR COURSES ARE EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE BECAUSE THEY ARE BASED ON COACHING TECHNIQUES.
The goal is to both improve the linguistic performance that, simultaneously, results in more rounded managerial skills; for example, to speak with factual knowledge, be assertive and able to convey a clear, powerful and compelling message, and to enhance both personal and professional credibility.
